(also keep in mind i am not really a good character designer, i only made one oc so far, and they wear clothes so basic, you can put them in any act 1 panel and they won't look out of place. i'm just throwing in my two cents on what i think of the design)

but i feel as if the outfit tries too hard at encompassing all of rose's traits and features in a sort of "jack of all trades;master at none" type of deal
