In 2016 my son was hit with AFM, basically the new polio. Hospitalized for 2 month and lost the use of his right arm. I would never wish that on anybody.

This is most likely an “outrage” stunt/nomination. No way he gets past the initial vetting, withdraws, and Orange nominates somebody nearly as bad but marginally qualified and everybody sees it as a better choice. Ex: Matt Gaetz for AG.

I live in WI and I will always pull for a local guy. My concern is that while he has helped Sen Baldwin and Gov Evers win tight races, we still lost the state to Orange in 24, after winning n 20. We also lost a Sen race Barnes (D) vs incumbent Johnson (R), who is pretty unpopular.

I live in WI and always vote blue. In 2016, Orange won by about 20,000 votes. In 2020 Biden won by about 23,000. In 2024, Orange won by about 20,000. Hmm, what was the difference? In we had a white D governor win election but a black senate candidate lost to an unpopular white incumbent. Hmmm?

This is my take also. Midterms hit in 2 years for every congressman, a lot of senators, and along with a lot of Governors races.
