Maybe Mackenzie Scott? She has given away most of her wealth already and does not seem to be trying to get any renown for it. She also gives up control of the use of the funds which I think increases the morality of her giving.

And the answer to that question is no for a lot of people. I am just a DIYer but I have had to fix so much electrical in every house I've moved into. Improperly wired GFCI and AFCI breakers, wires not screwed into breakers, incorrectly sized wirenuts, etc.
