Yeah, the last time I ventured there my timeline was full of blue-tickers spouting rubbish. I haven’t been back since

Don’t apologise. Solutions are needed that are genuinely transformative and creative rather than trying to fit square pegs into round holes. We either do it properly or we don’t bother

Prohibit cars from specific roads, give half of other streets over to bikes and pedestrians by closing one lane and making them one-way only

Floating bus stops aren’t safe for either pedestrians or cyclists. The answer is dedicated segregated cycle paths. The oil lobby is waiting for a pedestrian fatality after a bike collision, at which point they’ll go full throttle against cyclists.

Surely the medical insurance companies have their fingerprints all over this. “Our income from dental procedures has dropped over the last 20 years. How can we raise more money from dentistry in the future?”

If you allow sheep to actively graze a reasonable area of land around the panels, then herd them to a different area and allow chickens to “process” the grazed area, and repeat the process over the year, that would sequester a lot of CO2 and improve soil diversity #dungbeetles

Yeah they might “stay rich by being cheap” but someone else has to cover the loss from their frugality and it’s usually the person who is already earning a low wage

Yes, people tend to ignore the fact that their car is always able to reach a speed that exceeds their own abilities. Speed combined with poor driving kills.

I have no problem with cars doing 70mph on motorways. I do have a major issue with cars doing 30mph or faster in a 30 zone

TRex, she’s already started! I can see from the text that she’s no longer using apostrophes, although I’m not sure how much cost-saving that brings!
