The fact that I *enjoy* being a crotchety old man does not help.

One thing I've been wrestling with lately is, while I'm pretty sure the software industry has gone downhill in the last decade or so, I'm in my mid-40's so I'm always wondering if things are really worse or if I'm just getting old.

I would really like to read more fantasy, but most times I sit down and start reading a novel and within the first few pages it's just obvious to me that the author has only read other fantasy authors.

Wasn't there a plan to put a traffic circle around where route 8 connects to college hill, with a pedestrian connection to Reading Street Park?
