90g of protein and under 1000 calories a day. This isn’t a cut, this is shredding!!! I’ve been in a deficit for a few weeks but not seeing the results I like so hopefully shifting a few things around like this will be sustainable. 4lbs a month is healthy but I’d like to be closer to the 8lbs side

About 450 calories, 10g of fat, and 32g of protein per quart sized serving of potato leek stew and the recipe made 14 servings. That’s a meal a day for a week between 2 people! The only downside is the about 75g of carbs which is honestly still great.
