If you’re on health journey, whether it’s losing weight or even just cleaning up your diet, you can absolutely do it! Just remember to be patient, lookout for recipes you love, and above all be kind to yourself.

The weekend day is absolutely a pain (dishes are the worst part) but the benefit on week days pays off in ease and most importantly time. Healthier foods for the same time or faster than other foods and just as tasty. It’s worth it and easier than you’d think.

Spent about 2 hours prepping everything and 1 hour actually cooking on a weekend and I have my lunches and veggies for dinners ready for the whole week. The fish and any roasted veggies is 30 minutes in the oven and the omelet takes 5 minutes to make fresh before I eat.
