They drew a hilarious picture of Trump in a sombrero that did numbers with the NAFO crowd though.

It’s from Gail Simone DC book called villains united.
Kind of suicide squad vibe but it’s Gail so it’s really fun.

Every protest needs a couple of folk like me who are big enough to be scary and don’t mind getting hit in the face.

Most desirable forms of organizing do not involve violent blows to bodies but non-violence as a concept is mostly complying with police orders, not resisting state violence, and I'm not going down w my hands tied behind my back for some moral highground that isn't even persuasive in the 1st place

They’ll have rubber blocks in the treads to not tear up the road too much but iirc the last time he did this city engineers warned that the roads may collapse into sewers under the weight of a tank parade.

Yeah, it was a guardian article that they edited like four times through the day. It initially plainly said that trans people should accept leas rights.

Sure, I’m the authoritarian for saying people shouldn’t be charged with manslaughter for an accident.

I’m not though, I’m saying that no one should be subject to overpolicing.

I understand that, pretty wild that I’m getting dragged as pro child murder for not doing the same thing though.

Again, people are reading things I’m not saying.
I’m not putting any blame on the kid for being impulsive and I’m not putting any blame on the driver for driving.
I questioned someone’s framing of what happened based on the available information and now I’m apparently for child murder.

I based what I said on the article which states in plain language that the kid ran into traffic.
I’m not saying the kid deserved to get hit by a car or it was his fault that he was hit by a car.
Two statements. He ran into traffic and was hit by a car.
No assumption of any guilt or blame.

I did, they said accidents happen. They definitely don’t say it was the kids fault for not looking where they were going.

Kids don’t look where they’re going. That’s why we spend years drilling good practice for interacting with traffic. It’s not blaming the kids to say that this was an accident. Which is what I’ve repeatedly said.
