This was a bit of a ridiculous edition of Beyond The Grid. It was just Bottas pitching himself for a #F1 drive next year. 🥱
(but would be cool to have him move to #indycar! @tomgaymor.bsky.social)

How do they justify these decisions? They've made the immune system great again, and so pandemics are no longer a concern?

agree! LIDL lured into the honey & lime variety. There's a reason no other supermarket sells that combination.... never again....

The Blackwall tunnel used to be free right?
So this is a win, surely. Less congestion but still more revenue (to pay for the new tunnel)

The best move right now is staying silent! Then assess who's standing tallest at the end of this keyboard war! 😅

It was never ever going to happen. We all thought they'd morphed into a symbiotic, loving couple of leaders. 😂

yes agree. I really need to keep remembering to ask patients about this.
The tricky bit will be when SGLT2i are indeed the biggest risk factor to the UTIs. Should patients stop taking them, or should we prescribe Abx to support these drugs' primary objective?
(I don't have answer but interested q)

It's only a small sample set, but still a fascinating insight into the minds of ordinary Russians.
Some interesting disconnect talking about what politicians should do, without a great sense the people can really choose or influence them. (I may be over-interpreting!)

Gotcha, that makes sense! And hence no conflict of interest. Thanks for explaining. 🙏

Yes exactly, agree. It's a valued judgement at which point the intervention (Abx use) does more harm than good at societal level. Not an easy one to judge. But studies like these at least generate an evidence base from which to make these decisions.
