I was once a gang member and got tattoos, some of my ink marks my gang achievements. I was in the AFSOC gang. We're pretty well known. Rounding people up because they have ink may be a thing in El Salvador, but in this country... you have to present your claim to a judge.

The reason there's been no attempt at legal action in El Salvador isn't just they've formally stripped all legal protections and due process. Bukele's regime also retaliates against lawyers who try and has effectively crushed any resistance from them. The attacks on the rule of law are all related.

SCOTUS didn't order Trump to return Abrego Garcia. They ordered the lower court to define "effectuate," they told trump to "facilitate" the return, they told trump to be ready to report the steps he's taking, & they told Xinis to show due regard & deference to trump's power over foreign affairs.
