It has basil, sage, thyme, parsley, cilantro, and something else that died and I canāt tell what it is š I put it under the grow light today and threw a water globe in it in hopes of revival. Will update

Last but not least, my boyfriend bought a lil herb garden at the market last week. I PROMISE I did not mean to neglect it. I told him he should take it home bc I donāt cook enough to use them quickly but hey, weāre here now. They need LIGHT and I originally had them in my window which was not enough

Got some basil from the dollar store lmao. Dude, basil is SO dramatic. You go a lil too long without watering and it whole ass COLLAPSES. I thought the lil sprout on the right was dead this morning but after watching it, it perked right back up š¤¦šæāāļø Iāve got it under the grow light, watering 1/week

Iāve got some sad succulents (?) that are likely just in the wrong soil. ID help appreciated šŖ

Alright, another mystery. This one has grown better than the PotentialPothos, but itās take a turn for the sad recently as it has started yellowing a little at the stems. I am gonna attribute that to overwatering or itās in a pot too big? Does okay with the grow light. ID help would be appreciated!

it was growing well when I repotted it by itself for a while, but it was a lil lanky so I pruned it to help it get a lil bushier. It has not been the same since š„² ID help would be appreciated!

another sad one š© I also donāt know what this is but originally thought it might be some kind of pothos. When I first got it, I planted it next to the spider wort and they must have canoodled bc some of the leaves def look like they got a different daddy lmao.

alright, time for my least favorite lmao. Yall, I donāt know WHAT the hell this is and I think itās hideous but havenāt had the heart to throw it out. I tried to ID it and it came up as potentially some type of water plant?? All I know is that it can stand some neglect. ID help would be appreciated!

If it is a hoya carnosa, itās supposed to flower in the warmer months with these tiny lil star-shaped flowers

I believe this is a hoya carnosa/wax plant (yall, donāt judge me for not knowing the plants, I bought a tray of random seedlings for $20 š). Itās a tree originating in east asia and Australia. Has been really easy to care for with a 1/week water and some filtered light from my grown lights

I believe this is a Chinese money plant? Originally, I had it planted in the same pot with the strawberry begonia bc I thought they were the same thing (whoops lol), but eventually removed it and itās done okay on itās own? Doesnāt grow nearly as much as the begonia, but hasnāt died.

I water this one closer to every 2 weeks bc itās containerās drainage isnāt great. Havenāt had issues thus far

Either way, lovely to look at and is apparently a popular alternative for grass/filler foliage outdoors

Now THIS one was a surprise. Itās a strawberry begonia, though not technically a ārealā begonia (donāt know, donāt ask me). It has done REALLY well under my grow lights which is kinda strange bc general care guidance says it likes indirect light?

Forgot to mention I started propagating one of her leaves! I pruned her a while back and threw one of the cuttings in some dirt. Itās doingā¦okay, I think? I had her under a grow light for a bit hence the brown spots, but now sheās at the window doing okay, though a bit leggier than Iād like

I water her maybe every 10-12 days? Whenever the leaves get limp

Okay so miss spider wort continues to thrive! She is, in fact, very easy to care for and thankfully does not need a ton of light. In fact, I placed her under my grow light and she started to yellow, so now sheās back on the table just chilling.

the container I have them in doesnāt have the best drainage š© itās just an old yogurt container I poked a couple tiny holes in so would water even be able to get in from bottom watering?

The wilting could potentially be due to overwatering so imma bring my watering schedule to every 2 weeks instead of every week and see if that changes anything.

ALSO I learned that apparently you cannot eat bell peppers plants (like the microgreens and sprouts) because theyāre a part of the nightshade family (+ tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes) and the leaves of the plants are toxic. But the vegetables (technically fruits?) are okay!

I cut the dead leaves AGAIN bringing it to the height in the picture and the top leaves started to die AGAIN so I just left them alone and feared that my plant was probably just dying. But, as you can see, it appears to be growing some new leaves out the sides! PLUS, now it smells like eucalyptus

Okay UPDATE on the baby blue eucalyptus: so after a week or two of having it it got REALLY tall but then one day the top leaves started dying. I thought that *might* be from my grow lights being too hot so I cut the dead ones and moved it to my window but then the next set of leaves started dying

I repotted them into these containers this morning (previously had them all in 1 container which now I know is not a good idea) as they now have their first set of ātrueā leaves (the inner leaves). Idk what to do now but Iām watching and learning!
