Tässä on aika samat fiilikset kuin vuosissa 1936-1939. Tutkiskelin niitä teollisuuden sotamobilisaatiota tutkineessa hankkeessani. Viim. 1938 kaikki olivat ostamassa kaikkia aseita mitä vain valmistajat ehtivät rakentamaan. Suomi oli vähän myöhään kaupoilla, koska ei haluttu ostaa aseita velaksi.

If a ship drags their anchor over a comms cable on the bottom of the Baltic Sea there is a 23% risk (95%CI:10-42%) that it breaks. This we can learn from last quarters numerous incidents. If they pass a power cable the risk is 17% (95%CI:0-64%) Previous analyses is non-existent as far as I know.
