De uitspraken van het ICJ zijn tot dusver beperkt gebleven tot tussenvonnissen - of mis ik een uitspraak van het ICJ of het ICC?

Spoiler: niet hier ter verediding van Yesilgöz... Maar zover ik kan terugvinden zijn er over beide geen (expliciete) uitspraken zijn gedaan door internationale gerechtshoven.
Bij zowel het ICC als ICJ wordt de zaak nog actief behandeld, waarbij er (nog) geen uitspraken zijn gedaan.

Precies dit toch?
Als de lekken vanuit zijn eigen ministerie iets laten zien, dan is het wel dat hij al anderhalf jaar lang toegang heeft tot informatoe dat ambtenaren dit duiden als oorlogsmisdaden / genocide.

Heel onhandig, nu Wilders geweld tegen agenten verheerlijkt kijkt Yesilgöz nét toevallig de andere kant op. Morgen dan maar weer een tweetje over onze helden in het blauw die dag in dag uit strijden voor uw en mijn veiligheid.

Het ergste aan deze verdediging is nog dat, zolang Israël 2000lb bommen blijft inzetten in dichtbevolkt gebied, het argument niet veel verder komt dan 'het is geen genocide, slechts een extreem lange rij aan oorlogsmisdaden.'

De knapste wiskundige koppen lukt het niet om AES-256 (onderliggend aan Signal Protocol) te kraken. Dus bij Signal kunnen ze echt niet nee. Je endpoint is dan het zwakke punt, niet de communicatiemethode.

Additionally, to stop people from purchasing fentanyl, he is probably right. You need to change other things first - social safety nets, health care for those that do get addicted etc. Without those, people will inevitably buy it.
