Gli unici referendum nella storia di questo paese che hanno raggiunto risultati importanti erano referendum che toccavano direttamente una vasta porzione della popolazione. Tutti gli altri sono andati pure peggio di questo, che in termini relativi ha avuto numeri di affluenza più che buoni.

Purtroppo il particolare non fa mai il generale, è chiaro che esistano situazioni diverse ma qua si ragiona su grandissimi numeri e i dati parlano abbastanza chiaro. Bisogna piuttosto chiedersi come mai la stragrande maggioranza del paese non si mobiliti per nulla che non lo riguardi direttamente.

La maggioranza degli italiani è pensionata, non ha un lavoro dipendente o ha un tempo indeterminato blindato in un lavoro a rischio zero.
