1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;

2/2 Just when I think I have a handle on these crazy Mycoplasma presentations, another variation pops up.
This kid looked sick. Cough was worse, pulsox in the mid 80s.
But fever was gone. CXR still neg. CBC was fine.

We have a problem with antibiotic resistance and correctly identifying who is truly allergic to medications.
Emerging diseases will continue to happen and we need to meet those challenges.
