From a colleague: "make sure to file appeal with MSPB and look into joining 1 of class action suits. Filing for unemployment sometimes goes retroactive and only works once you file, it depends on state. Folks need both an SF-8 and SF-50 to file for unemployment (plus pay stubs)"
