Also if you feel strongly about Eric Adams, you should call your city councilmember to express that and ask for their position. You’d be surprised. Hochul’s stance is highly disappointing but it doesn’t come from nowhere. Press all your electeds. City elections are in 5 months. Ask candidates too.

tbh it's a great prismatic look at the society. This is also why Elizabeth Holmes and SBF are the only big budget scamsters to head to and stay in jail. Civil-rights lawyer here. In my business, this is called prima facie evidence of invidious race & gender discrimination. And the other chiefs—all white men—are comparators. The evidence in support of the discrimination claim includes Trump‘s own “DEI” statements admitting to discriminatory motive.

There's no way I can ever read every appearance of most of the legacy characters I write. There's just not enough time. But I've read a hell of a lot over the years and I always dig up the most relevant stuff to reread or check out for the first time when I get on board.
