I don't think we should have 18 year term limits for supreme court justices. We should simply require them to ride to all of the federal circuits on horseback to participate in cases, as the Founders intended.

Actually, it would pay benefits according to what workers paid into the system. If a worker pays in all of his quarters PRIOR to, or in addition to, working a job with a defined benefit plan, why shouldn’t they receive their earned SS upon retirement? www.marketwatch.com/story/the-so...
