Trying to be nicer to myself about the journey but where everybody else is on Instagram feels like they’ve had insane transformations. I feel like mine is both very big change and not a lot of change.

OK, so the absolute mindfuck of the last two weeks and everybody (and I mean everybody) asking me if I’ve lost weight or looking lean while being up about 20lbs since December is killing me. Mostly cause I know when the cut starts in July it’s gonna be never ending.
