Yeah, not tooooo long ago even if a *Republican* president said these things, we'd see a lot more pushback from other Republicans.

I would love to see the spread of 45-64 year olds based on specific age (especially weighted by total number in each year group). I wonder if there are any notable intragenerational differences. That said, based on anecdotal observations, this doesn't really surprise me.
