Old, so very old. QPR, writing. As my wife never stops telling me, "You know a lot of stuff, but it's all shit."

I voted to get rid of the Tories. I have never voted for them and never will. I am close to the point were I will be making the same decision with Labour going forward. Same shit, different driver.

If you want a moan without advice then what you need to do is....oh....never mind, as you were.

Frankly it's nothing short of a national embarrassment for the government to struggle so hard to avoid legally committing to the promises they've already made on the international stage. #CANBill @zero-hour.bsky.social

I’ve just commented elsewhere that The Greens are the only viable opposition party. If you’re looking for a party with genuine socially and environmentally conscious policies it has to be Greens.

I also like that we've become a bit shithouse (Goalies bottle, and Dunne stood over defender come to mind). Shows we are no longer the pushovers we were and that we won't take any shit!

If the Tories can't make money from something they don't understand it and so try to destroy it.

True. It's like posting an article by someone from a think tank. It might be correct and important but think tanks, for me, are all tarred with the same brush.

I really enjoyed Unacccustomed Earth by Jhumpa Lahiri. Not a new book but new to me. Matt Haig's books are always worth a look. His new one is The Life Impossible.
