Hips, glutes, knees & ankles.
Bands on knees with 200 movements for each leg in each direction forward, outside, backwards so 1200 movements in a session, band resistance is up to you.
Running turns dunes/sand or gravel/shale really good
O2 efficiency also key, b12 increase before & after ex

When you have a team of humans that’s always what everyone depends on, how and when they tune up for it. That’s not exclusive to Ange.

I have so many issues with their “list of progress” b/c it’s not progress
1) None of it says winning a trophy
2)no injuries addresses defense
3)We beat city,villa,Utd,LFC
4)Beating cfc & afc consistently is progress not 1 game
5)Tactical maturity = Europa 🏆 win.
Thanks for 🎧 to VFTL so I don’t

Cracks me up how many people still buy into the narrative that Ange was tactically inept or lacked tactical noise.
Such a falsehood.
I want Frank to succeeded but this constant repeating of that BS from the season about Ange just wrong.

So 10 games into Ange tenure Levy holds a fan forum and says “we have our Tottenham back” for a manager he didn’t want?
Wasn’t Nuno and paratici hire and levy had to be “convinced”.
I’m convinced it was Cullen who instigated all the leaks for all these years, to drive her agenda.

This is who levy is, it’s sad, I thought he kept changing manager through the years b/c of their failure, but it’s not about that. It’s two fold, he doesn’t get the human part of elite sport, he also doesn’t want to be held accountable, Ange would have held him & the board accountable for investment

Congratulations, You’ve embarrassed yourself & illustrated your football knowledge is clearly sub par.
Ange has proven himself as a winner at every lvl of football, you write with a bitterness saturated in bruised ego.
Who’s the muppet @theguardian.com editor that ok’d this low I.Q hit job?

What if Frank Loses 7 of his first 8 like he’s done at every time he comes into a new gig.
You know the same people who wanted Ange out for months will say we should’ve kept Ange and to fire Frank.

Everyone said the exact same thing!
I for some reason thought that if Ange won a major trophy after being bought 3 teenagers & 1 any player last summer they’d have to back him this summer
I’ve been proven so wrong, the hope I had that levy & co could recognize what winning takes is dead.

When your competition is spending 1.5 billion on players in 2 years (cfc), or 118m on a MF player or 80m on a gk (LFC) we need to leverage that allowed %
We’re @ 48% so we can increase our wage up another 45.83% to bring us up to the 70%.
Think about that impact on squad, 45.83% available!

We operate in a way that isn’t serious about winning a league, not b/c we don’t have the resources to do it, we lack the the willpower, that comes from the top.
There’s a reason UEFA sets the limit of wage:income ratio at 70%. It’s what you need to pay in wages IF 🏆 winning football is the focus.

I think this needs to be amended to say:
“Spurs are only going to compete at a higher level than 4th-8th…..if Levy decides to utilize the money & resources we have at our disposal, the whole point of the new stadium was give us resources that enable us to win a league”.

It’s ALL on LEVY

So, Davies speaks to wrexham and sounds out a move, then decides that instead of negotiating a larger wage for a free transfer he decides to do levy a solid and give spurs a transfer fee instead of taking a higher wage?
I can’t believe Davies or Wrexham are ok with that.

Not being able to enjoy winning a major by experiencing balanced informative coverage is apparently a holy grail for us as a fanbase.

After winning a major European trophy you’d think we were allowed as fans to enjoy positive coverage of the club for at least a few weeks, but no. Straight back to bollox coverage.

I wished it wasn’t true but reality is, if these platforms were around when KB relegated us ,the club wouldn’t have stuck with him, he wouldn’t have brought us back up & won more trophies for us than all but one, Billy Nic.
Ange is a winner who dared, who did, who could have, but was cast aside

So they’re all changing their minds then after months of “AngeOut”,creating enough of a media groundswell to give levy cover for firing him.
All while ironically mocking levy for years of poor football decisions they openly demonstrated they’re as clueless as he is in knowing what winning takes.

A young guitarist I know, was working in a music store. A robbery suspect ran in.
The cop, using his *own* AR-style rifle, spraying bullets shot & killed the suspect; but *also* shot the kid in his liver and shattered his arm.
Why was he using his private weapon?

And what are the chances that maga have got agitators deliberately acting in this way.
These people are known for false flag tactics.
You have to consider that the people acting violently are plants.
This would not be below maga and is an age old strategy.
You should look into it.
