Unlocking Zetta in Phantom Brave is hilarious because you get somebody with absolutely insane base stats and growths, and the widest AoE in the game but he has a Move stat of 10 (by comparison, a feeble Granny has a Move of 35) so deploying Zetta means watching him inch across the field.
