I'm sorry to hear of your awful experiences - this lack of accessibility is unforgivable. As an able-bodied person, I admit I was pretty ignorant of just how bad access is in most places, until I worked with a colleague in a wheelchair, and I was shocked at the limitations even in urban areas.

The Vela #pulsar is very bright in our skies (in radio). The good folks at @jodrellbank.bsky.social have converted radio light into sound and you can hear what the rapid rotation of this neutron star sound like in this short video πŸ”­πŸ“‘ Imagine the energy required to rotate an entire star this fast?!
