Skrmetti SCOTUS ruling claims that the Tennessee is not barring treatments based on sex, but that they are banning based on purpose plus age. But they are banning based on sex. Teenage cis boys can still get top surgery for gynecomastia but those assigned female are barred from accessing the same.
