They are good reasons for critics to ask for personal consequences on the highest level of WADA. And also very understandable - when the governing body of anti doping does not stick to the core mission of its duties - that such an organisation cannot expect financial support from their stakeholders.

To be clear: This NY Times article (based on confidential CHN data) shows that it was completely unreasoned to let the CHN swimmers of the hook without any independent scientific and criminological investigation. It’s obvious that WADA broke the rules - apparently in a kind of secret action. /2

Will WADA be again silent about this clear and independent expertise from renowned scientists? The WADA China affair more and more smells to heaven - not less than a cover up and a hidden deal in favour of China by WADA’s Niggli and Bańka? See why… /1

And here in ARD‘s „Doping Top Secret: Dirty Games“ (in six parts with English subtitles also, published in July 2024) you can see the follow-up and more evidence in the WADA China affair (China in part 6). >>> youtube.com/playlist?lis...

But the WADA leaders Bańka and Niggli continue to deny these facts although even in WADA‘s own scientific department doubts had been expressed. Watch here ARD‘s full story from April in English in four parts >>> youtu.be/n3VOGBOk9IE?... /5

ARD broke the story alongside with the NY Times in April - and we conducted a scientific experiment with the help of a German biochemist. The result confirmed already what the other experts now in NY Times have said: the levels of Trimetazidine can of course be caused by doping. /4

Even more: The levels of Trimetazidine in urine samples can be a result of doping. Quote from one expert: „The Chinese, Dr. Cowan said, did not appear to have fully considered that the positive tests could just have likely been the tail end of a full dose 11 or more days after taking the drug.“ /3

Apart from the fact that the contamination in the hotel kitchen is unrealistic and highly improbable anyway there is - contrary to WADA‘s claims - NO PROOF AT ALL for unintended contamination according to scientific experts who have checked on behalf of NY Times the Chinese research papers. /2

although they must know that they were - most probably - fooled by their bosses (because obviously didn’t get the information/crucial facts from their leadership at the right time). It appears that the risk to lose privileges weighs more for them than core of WADA‘s mission. No surprise but sad. END

too vain (or too coldblooded or too stupid 😳🤔?). And his buddies like DG Niggli are cast in the same mold. So sad for global anti doping to have persons with such a mindset as leaders. And also sad that in WADA some other important staff members follow their bosses /5

How can you trust a politician (or an organisation) which expects and demands that you stick to the rules - and he doesn’t give a shit to do so himself? Bańka is/was also politician in Poland. Does he realise what he destroys with this behaviour? I doubt it - is he /4

The fundamental problem is: You cannot take the global anti doping regulator seriously anymore, because he loses all credibility (and then he gets support by Bach 😂🤦). And an even bigger problem: This case is so exemplary for growing scepticism in politics in general /3

…to investigate not any of the crucial points in this case at all (!) - how cheeky and callous (and stupid by the way…) a WADA boss must be when he continuously claims that they have dealt with the case in a correct way 🥳😳🤪😂. Not the WADA critics are biased from my pov, but Mr. Bańka&Co. /2
