We smashed the icerink that was our driveway this morning. My arms are now protesting loudly that I should have just accepted my fate and stayed indoors 😭

Cracked and smashed it up, then shoveled to side in the ‘feels like minus 18’ wind. I am a broken woman, but at least we can get the cars out 😭

Concerning given the weather we’re due, and the fact winter has a loooooong way to go yet. Here’s hoping supplies get sorted quickly and people are sensible enough not to panic and stockpile when it comes back in.

Whenever I go by the Walmart/Superstore ramp with the added pavement now, I think of your efforts and smile. Moving here from U.K. it really hits how car-dependent life here is.
