Not an attorney here, but I think Bezos would probably win a first amendment argument.
Unfortunately it would probably cost him billions in government contracts with Blue Origin and AWS (his real profit center).

I'd like to start a 'group' here to support companies who detail the import charge in their listings and receipts. Also to track and shame those who don't.
