This is the sort of thing that drives me crazy.

When I was a kid, I remember being so bowled over by [spoilers for an almost 40-year old movie] Optimus Prime dying in Transformers the Mov[wait, what?] Huh? [40 years? That can't be right] Yeah, I guess... [No, no no no... we can't be that old] I guess we are *sobbing* [*sobbing*]

Roses are red Red as a rose Whatever happened to Deny, Defend, Depose?

Ugh, the magas are all “If Trump’s a fascist, he’s the first facist to shrink the government!” Um, they all do that. They have it so jumbled up in their heads that “fascism” is whatever they don’t like that they have no idea what’s it actually is.

This is why they're attacking science and education: if you can only win with disinformation, data become a threat.

Motherfucker.

I linked DOGE staffer Marko Elez to a deleted X account that advocated repealing the Civil Rights Act, backed a “eugenic immigration policy,” and wrote, “You could not pay me to marry outside of my ethnicity." He just resigned. www.wsj.com/tech/doge-st...

This image is my brain's go-to response to everything I'm hearing in the last week.

Assuming we make it through the next couple of decades, this will be an incredible image for future historians/students of the Trump era

I thought I would get further into the year before marking off "Propaganda AI" from my 2025 Bingo Card.

New theory: We're all living inside a computer simulation someone is running testing "What if Donald Trump became president?" Good news, the simulation will halt in four years and we'll all be out of our misery.

Yeah, I'm still stuck on "sin of empathy" from last week.

Also, part of the reason we did bought InfoWars is because people on Bluesky told us it would be funny to buy InfoWars. And those people were right. This is the funniest thing that has ever happened.

I'm not a fan of this new season of America. All the stunt casting is a bit over the top.

Another thing I did not expect to have a Wikipedia entry: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glomp

There exists a very significant portion of the population that believes that there is a finite amount of joy in the world. In order to be happy, they have to take something away from someone else who they do not believe deserves it. There can be more joy in the world.

If you think we must be in the worst timeline, just consider that this could have been his _third_ presidential victory.
