An additional note: ERP is good shit but doesn't always work for every intrusive thought.

Another thing: I am practicing Exposure Response Prevention every single time I step outside my house, because I am doing so even though I have many intrusive thoughts about dangerous drivers or vehicle accidents. Sometimes it's not always the most obvious, acute issue that needs ERP.

So I genuinely think this regeneration into BP is absolutely fine and in keeping with the show history, even if it is a bit sensational. Yes it is sensational. Yes RTD is probably trying to get the ratings up. I don't care and my heart is so happy.
