Both are great, they feel like 5e-adjascent OSR Supplements. I prefer Into The Cess and Citadel, mostly because I’ve only read one other City supplement for D&D (Lankhmar).

You’re about to be simultaneously chilling and traveling at light speed towards the Andromeda Galaxy.

I believe in you, and I’m sorry about your situation.

Only if there’s a grimy little gnome waiting in the doorway

I love this art, especially for a Player’s Handbook. It tells you what you’re gonna be doing in game, and it makes it look cool as hecc.

There may be, I have a few “full” songs I’m working on but the progress is rather slow right now.

I’m trying to softly nudge my players towards the area where Temple of Elemental Evil and Dark Tower are in my world.

I’m a very big fan of traps that don’t kill anyone but absolutely ruin your day. Stuff like a portcullis splitting the party, setting off an alarm while a Green Slime drops on top of one half of the party. Also Gygaxian Floor Monsters that camouflage with the dungeon floor.

I dig the cute art style, it gives very comfy vibes.

I love the 1e DMG’s tables, I’ve found that they’ve added a lot of verisimilitude to my games.

A combination of the AD&D 1e DMG tables, Judge’s Guild Wilderlands tables and personal preference.

Oh haha, it’s not. This is all for my home AD&D Campaign I run monthly. That said, I may look into digitizing my work and releasing it one day.

What do you mean? Is it part of a module or am I making a module?

I telegraph every trap pretty heavily, usually because I enjoy employing life ruining traps that ruin your day. Spending time looking over areas of interest usually reveal one detail at a time for every described action a player is taking to find the trap.

Yes, on the left map one of the larger hexes corresponds to one of the small hexes on the right.
comment in response to post
For the new map, a small hex is 1 mile and the overlapping hex is 5 miles. For the larger overland map above, a small hex is 5 miles and a larger hex is 25 miles. Its main use is partitioning everything into scaleable chunks of content, the size allows spending a whole day exploring a larger hex.

Oh absolutely, I’ve realized that I overprepared a lot of hex/world content. On the bright side, I have a lot on the backburner I can pull out whenever I need it.

It took years to also rehabilitate my idea of masculinity, and who I thought I was. Unfortunately, Patriarchy knows no gender when it is crushing you under its steel boot.

I was once a 4channer, with years of Sexist/Racist Rhetoric ingrained in my brain from being raised in a Conservative Mexican Household. Sadly, it took years of having a partner and cutting out toxic people from my life for me to change. Sadly, it took so long for me to respect/listen to women.

I use a lot of the AD&D DMG to account for things like Hiring/Mercenary Morale, taxes, and calculating the cost of living for the party (Housing, Food and Equipment Upkeep).

Mostly stolen cattle meat, and pungent smelling vegetables grown in Goblin Manure.
