That makes even less sense, because its completely impossible. So how would you regret something which is impossible anyway? This whole analogy is making no sense at all. It just doesn't fit.

But that's not what the original post is saying. Its comparing apples and oranges that's my point.

That post doesn't make sense. You can always become a banker. So if you change your mind in 10 years no problem.

The whole Trump administration is a big fan of Afd. Musk is pushing them heavily on X. Also Russia and China are big fans. They all want EU to fail because each country on their own would be much easier to bully. This is the ultimate goal.

Because renewables are much cheaper. Building a nuclear plant also talkes 5 to 10 years and you have to take care of the nuclear waste in addition which is also costly.
comment in response to

Why is it the cleanest solution? Nuclear waste is a real challenge.

Anyone can go. UK also left. Orban is always complaining but he also could leave anytime. He will not do it because he likes EU money too much.

Well Elon is a great fan and was pushing them heavily during elections. Some of them also went to Trumps inauguration so he also seems to be a fan. Also a big fan are Russia and China.

What has the EU got to do with this?

Leviticus is fine when it comes to homosexuals but not when it comes to Refugees. Leviticus 19:34
“But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.” (KJV)

That language🙈 Reminds me of those reality shows in MTV. But maybe this is simply now a big reality show.

I really don't get it. Why did he even go there? It was totally clear that the pope will criticise him.
"The Catholic Church views assisting those in need as a fundamental Christian duty that is derived directly from the life of mercy of Christ, who himself was a immigrant and a child of refugees."

There are more countries in the world then China, US and Russia. A lot of them are even building very good electric cars. India, France, Germany, Japan ...
comment in response to
post
Maybe you should look into the history of China and Russia. You should also check who is still supporting Russia so that they can continue the war.
comment in response to

Yes and this is a big win for China which Trump is handing them now for free.
comment in response to
post
Yes for sure. China will definitely benefit the most. He is handing them all the cards for free.
comment in response to
post
There is a reason why China is the best friend of Russia. There are more then enough countries building really good electric cars. There is no need to make China even more powerful. This is a big risk in my opinion.
comment in response to

I don't think giving China more power is a good Idea.

This whole discussion is totally useless. US could already do what they want in Greenland already now with the benefit that Denmark pays for a lot.

Standing up to Russia and China in Greenland but not in Ukraine? I don't get the logic.

Shifting the blame is much easier then to admit this was somehow their fault. They will never take responsibility for that because they could not live with that guilt.
