I remember you busted out the clarinet a year (maybe longer) ago and I was like "damn, she retained sight reading sooo well".

Can't count how many people have told me things like "you just get it" or "you see so many emotional perspectives so easily". Despite the struggles it's one of the few hidden benefits of bipolar. One I'm glad I have!

I can relate to that. I sometimes wear my emotions on my sleeves but I'm definitely not as excitable as I used to be so I worry people think I'm either apathetic or blowing them off.
