I felt that up to the shaft scene, it was amazing. After that it went a bit TOO marvel. If they'd managed to talk Bob out of it, instead of him punching void, I feel it'd have opened so many doors to young people getting help, rather than turning to violence (& cut the runtime to a sensible length)

The simple letter "a" is doing the harm here. "He's trans" Vs "He's a trans" is akin to "He's black" Vs "He's a black" it immediately gives more discriminatory vibes given previous use of language

Personally I prefer to use transfolk, but a significant number of my trans friends use just trans to describe their community.
The "trans" moniker also feels squicky to me, but if they're using it themselves, it does sow confusion into the correct verbiage.

As mentioned above, those sent for detainment in El Salvador have not had due process. They have not been (and likely never will be) tried in court, they have not been sentenced, only "detained and deported" so they are there indefinitely.

I tend to prefer handles due to my unnecessarily large hands. I find that being able to hook with one finger much easier than gripping something that will easily slip out of my grasp.
