This one still looks pretty good, I remember color-picking the palette from the anime shot itself. :D
The arms are moving a bit oddly given the humanoid aspect of the eva. Maybe I can improve it someday, my love for this shot still lives on.

Thinking of it, I established my artstyle like ~9 years ago and I'm still not bored of it.
The temptation to correct it with current day's knowledge was too real but I figured out it's nice to preserve it that way to see how my pixels evolved throughout the years. :)

Had some fun lately experimenting with @mrmotarius.bsky.social's Blender CRT Shader of. Definitely fits the vibe of this pixel art!
Maybe I'll toy around with this shader or the LCD one in futures artworks/animations... 👀
