When CEOs of other companies (both healthcare and not) start acting like they really CARE about their customers. don't give them the satisfaction until you see real change. they can say whatever they want, but it wasn't until there were IRL consequences that they decided to start speaking up.

I'm currently watching #30Rock with my girlfriend who has never seen it. this is probably my 30 or 40th watch through. She can't watch all the time. To avoid losing her place my 'always on' show has switched to #Community for a little while. Forgot how funny this show is. Can't wait for the movie
