The administration (Musk et al) will use this crash as an opportunity to declare war on the FAA and privatize ATC services and gut the Airport and Airways Trust Fund (AATF).
As an American living in New Zealand (that has a privatized ATC system) I STRONGLY give counsel against that idea.

My father passed due to cancer. His legs, especially his left, were especially affected. It led to life long problems. He was a firm "vaccinated your effing kids" advocate, he'd be so disgusted and disappointed right now.

People have forgotten. My father fell with polio when he was 5 (1950). When the vaccine came out, grandma dragged everyone else to the public health office, waited in line, and cried when everyone was vaxxed. My father suffered the rest of his life. 1st person accounts are dwindling to nothing

They're all going to find out. Eggs are not going to be free on 1/20. Everyone they hate won't be deported or jailed (just yet). Prices on everything will not drop.
