As the US dissolves into isolationism, and withdraws from the world, it’s the EU’s moment if they take it. If Trump withdraws from NATO, the EU should immediately offer membership to Ukraine, and then defend it. Trump‘s too much of a coward to actually enter the war on Putin’s side.

i am going to put a finer point on this: executive orders are not laws. and they certainly are not royal decrees. they are interpretations of existing law for the purposes of enforcement. the fact that so many people are treating them as laws is actually driving me a bit insane.
