They start with the weakest, testing the waters, setting precedent. Then they move up, systematically targeting bigger groups and applying precedents. If people think they’ll stop with small groups that don’t affect them, they’re in for a rude awakening—sooner than later. Scary times.

Near my in Florida there’s a apartment rental complex built 10 months ago. They still have 185 empty units. A 600 sf studio starts at $1500. It’s not a housing crisis. It’s an AFFORDABLE housing crisis.
