i'm on three meds that work in combination, after nearly 15 years of trial and error, and honestly i'm scared. i don't really want to risk another life-ruining episode. but i'm paranoid and hardly sleeping and i suspect these are warning signs an episode may be on its way anyway π΅βπ« rragghhhghhgh

i love them so much hehe. i used to have more (a scaffold and two helixes) but had to take them out for a long shift and they literally closed up within 13 hours. no amount of trying to shove the bars back in worked π΅βπ«
