Sure! As long as that is still the law. The Executive and the DOJ do not write laws. They can’t do shit to Social Security.
But Congress can write and pass a new law.
It would be a terribly shitty thing to do, but they can do it without having to refund taxpayers what they’ve paid in SS tax.

I don’t think it is. Social Security is a tax and it is spent just like any other government tax income dollars. It can be adjusted (or removed) by an act of Congress. It is not a savings account for citizens.
However, removing that tax should create an irate citizenry with nothing left to lose.

Just returned from a two week jaunt to NZ last month! It’s the most compelling evidence yet that we’re living in a simulation. No place on Earth naturally ended up that beautiful. Gotta be programmed.
