All kobolds are valid. Scrawny lizard kobolds that love dragons are valid. Sexy vr kobolds with huge hips? Also valid. Kobolds that are literally just anthro dogs are absolutely valid. Weird lumpy warcraft rat kobolds? Hell yeah, valid. Mischievous house-spirit kobolds possibly the MOST valid.
