This was pretty much my first thought as well! Sax would be so much easier if this were accurate.

Some of my favorite sessions have been the ones for which I just grabbed a piece of paper and sketched out the scenario and main NPCs. But it has also managed to bite me when the group gets through that quickly. I usually have another page with notes for next time, in case they are needed!
