I can't understand how organizations like the Log Cabin Republicans can exist, nor can I understand anyone from the LGBTQIA community that votes Republican, and add to that any family of a member of the LGBTQIA community that votes R, oh wait, that was my MAGA sister www.nbcnews.com/nbc-out/out-...

It took me three tries to get through to first 25-30 minutes of Emilia Perez but I finally powered through and watched the whole movie. It does get better (in my opinion) once you get further into the movie and is worth the praise that it is garnering.

I was disappointed in Paramount's Star Trek: Section 31, it was stylized like Guy Ritchie doing Star Trek, it was distracting and unnecessary, however, Michelle Yeoh kicked ass.

On Wednesday 1/15/25, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments into the possible 1st Amendment violations of the 19+ states laws that now require age verification to access porn sites. This is going to be a very interesting case to listen to live. www.cnn.com/2025/01/11/p...

I can’t say that I am a big fan of “Traitors” on Peacock but I do love that Bob Harper has been exclusively wearing Thom Browne in each episode so far this season. www.thombrowne.com

@qburgh.com - Now that Meta changed it's moderation policies and X is a toxic slug, can you use your posting power to convince Pittsburgh LGBTQIA+ businesses, organizations, and performers to please start posting to BlueSky for all of us that have abandoned the other platforms? Thank you!

The Instagram algorithm clearly knows I have a type, my feed is literally this photo of Tom Holland over and over and over again. I am not complaining.

For a good portion of the movie Conclave I felt like Stanley Tucci was just replaying Nigel from The Devil Wears Prada, the dialogue could be interchanged and in both movies he was either concerned about of wore silly frocks.

Finally watched the HBO/MAX Yacht Rock documentary. This was the music of my tween/teen years of the '70's and early '80s before my musical tastes moved towards New Wave. I was surprised by how many of the songs I remember at least some of the lyrics.

GRINDR truly has something for everyone

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt premiered nine years and is just as funny today as it was then. Even all of the Trump jokes still hold up and are still applicable.

Another TV series set design issue that I have: Silo on Apple TV; The silos were supposedly built in 2049, why the heck are they using florescent and incandescent light fixtures and they have CRT computer monitors? Everything should at least be LED.

I have a nit-picky observation about Dune Prophecy on HBO/MAX - it is set 10,000 years before the Dune movies and Paul Atreides, and I know they outlawed machines that can think, but why is all the tech, the architecture, the clothing, basically everything the same in Prophecy vs. 10,000 yrs later?

When did Ted from Schitt’s Creek get this ripped?
