Anyone with the capacity for rational thought can very easily tell that Trump and Miller are to blame here.

It’s sort of fascinating that these guys all had to imagine Epstein’s crimes being some satanic panic style conspiracy because they’re all extremely fine with his actual crimes.

I fully believe that stranger danger panic was worse for my generation’s brains than leaded gasoline.

Is the one in the middle Fred Armisen doing a bit?

Yeah it's less about appeasing Trump and more about appeasing a whole lotta Canadians with very irrational very unpleasant opinions about immigrants.

I guess about the same. My opinion of him was mildly negative at the end of DAI, went up after Trespasser, went waaaay down when I read The Masked Empire, but I think I mostly felt sorry for him after DATV.

The world is run by men who mistake arrogance for genius.

Where would I be without the wealthy creator of a soulless children’s merchandising vehicle who’s now in the business of buying laws? A world with a tiny bit less corruption I guess.

Gender critical ideology holds social hierarchies sacrosanct. A lesser woman failing to genuflect to her wealthy betters? A serious sin worthy of public shaming.

People who are obsessed with trans people really want the election to have been about their singular, crippling obsession, but in reality Trump voters keep reporting that their motivations were mainly inflation and immigration.

B. I wish they had added a little dialog that you could go back to skyhold and let Dagna know that dwarf mages are possible.

Well, that's an outlook on laws that shouldn't lead to any horrors.

They agree with his political agenda and see the white-washing as both an acceptable means to help him achieve his ends and a way to make themselves seem less like stupid reactionaries.

This is just so blatant. They could’ve masked the racism so easily by saying “culture matters” or something equally euphemistic but no it’s all full skull callipers now.

Thinking about the men in my grandfather’s generation who spent their teen years fighting WWII which was a cakewalk compared to being dunked on on Bluesky.
