A major red flag is someone with no hobbies. That's actual NPC behavior. I imagine them entering their house and immediately engaging energy-saving mode while staring at a wall.

Well, it took an awful long time. It was a lot of struggle and difficulty, all mixed in with brief interspersing of joy. But I completed the 3rd book in a series of novels I'm writing. This was the major goal I had set for myself, spanning the last several years. Weird to think it's done.
