Quick TL;DR, Nintendo is getting more and more greedy, but talking about ROM sites to a wider audience will lead to those same sites being either gutted or taken down entirely by game companies (or ESA). Keep sites like that on a low profile. We don't want a repeat of Emuparadise or Vimm's Lair.
