It’s an alarming thought, but by this administration’s logic, places like HBCUs and gay bars might be considered “discriminatory.” The war on DEI could be used to eliminate safe spaces for any marginalized groups. Sadly, I know plenty of “Christians” who would have zero problem with this.

Saw this coming a mile away. SCOTUS empowered the president to break the law as long as it is an “official act,” so it’s logically implied he can defy judicial rulings as long as it’s an “official act.” I wonder if any justices are bothered by the fact they voted to neuter the courts.
