A very nice Canadian pipe and drum band who are headed to Ypres, Belgium, just ordered 40 - FORTY - copies of my book Somewhere in Flanders so they could get to know Jim Johnstone. I could cry, not because of any monetary reason (I sold them at cost) but because Jim will have 40 new friends.

I had an Ontario police officer reach out to me. His pipe and drum band is playing at the Menin Gate in May. He wants them to go to visit Jim's grave and have a ceremony of remembrance, all because he read the book and felt such a deep connection with this young man. I'm so incredibly moved!
