Is this article about people needing to “do something,” so giving the anything to do makes them feel better? Because that happens SO MUCH

SpaceX famously works around him. It’s a company he didn’t found and works around him on the technical side. People WANT him to be Tony Stark so badly, but he’s just a salesman. A grifter.

This is the whitest shit imaginable. Do you know how many voters you will LOSE if people realize you won’t defend them once they become inconvenient?

You think this is ironic? Woof, you’re really bad at this.

I think it’s the wartime v peacetime leader problem. Some of these folks are not equipped for battles, they are administrators. This sounds like a guy out of his depth

The NDP are in for a rough ride finding a leader better than Singh. In the last 35 years, the NDP have had two leaders worth mentioning, Layton and Singh. The Liberals caught a massive break getting Carney. If they ended up with a Stephane Dion or Ignatieff this election looks VERY different.

I think the NDP fell in the same trap as the Cons - confusing Lib unpopularity with Anti-Justin sentiment. They were preparing to harvest sad Libs when suddenly they were on the outside again and badly wrong-footed.

I refuse to believe Apsley Cherry-Gerard isn’t a fictional character on a @kentremendous.bsky.social show

That’s such an empty argument. Either you’re ethnically cleansing the strip or you aren’t. One German’s opinion from 80+ years ago doesn’t really factor in

Or, being politically active, he knows more political organizers than most - say a dozen, give or take. If he knows 3+ people who organized pro-Palestine rallies, and they are all Jewish, then the most common way to say that is “all the pro-P organizers I know are Jewish.”

How many organizers do you think he knows?
